This year's Interpack show in Dusseldorf will be special!

EXperience the future of packaging technology live in 4D and many hands-on machines on our booth. Get a glimpse of our filling and packaging competence:

At the show, Optima Group will present totally new insights into packaging machinery. The EX-factor not only stands for EXperience – the experience of a new dimension, but also for EXplore – the discovery of the highest quality level. With justified suspense and excitement, a whole new experience awaits visitors.

The exhibits from the Consumer division are directed at clients from the food, chemistry and cosmetics sectors. State-of-the-art high-precision checkweighers for powdery and granulated products automatically recognize and compensate for product densifications. As in the past, the manufacturing and packaging machines for coffee single-serve packs by Optima have set a new benchmark and a new performance plateau
Customers from the cosmetics sector will be able to see for themselves the increased and superior structural flexibility of Kugler’s latest Moduline. Optima Group Consumer will also demonstrate the production of bag packages – with and without dispenser system – for inline filling of liquids and viscous materials as yet another innovation. In this context, the long-standing and proven expertise of Optima Group in packaging paper hygiene products into bags plays a decisive role.

As the leading turnkey provider of pharmaceutical packaging equipment, Optima Group Pharma presents itself with the complete chain of performance around filling and closing of liquid and powdery pharmaceuticals, lyophilization, isolators and e-beam decontamination. Highlighting its large turnkey projects, Optima Group Pharma will display combined filling and closing machines, an isolator-compatible pilot lyophilization line and a cross section demo model of an isolator.

The Nonwovens division will introduce a new end of line packaging solution: OPTIMA RTP25 sets new standards regarding compact design by integrating palleting and stretch wrapping units. A highly intelligent programming approach allows optimal and easy operation. In many respects, Optima’s palletizer offers numerous advantages that machines of other manufacturers don’t have. The division will also exhibit a module that features control of all elements of the entire packaging process of paper hygiene products: Weight, impurities and encoding, with statistical evaluations additionally possible. With its R168, a machine that manufactures foil packages from rolls, Optima’s Italian subsidiary, Amotek, offers an interesting starter model for fully automated packaging.

For the first time, Optima Group Life Science will present its pioneering bag packaging machine for microplates from the MEDICON ImmuCoat® modular system. The machine can be operated ‘inline’, also as a stand-alone unit. The customer can therefore choose among several applications, from vacuum packaging to bag production from the roll. A modular web converting module, for the production of modern wound care products and an updated ImmuCoat® basic module will be presented.
